Renewaire
Healthy Homes helped RenewAire with their re-positioning of their residential product line within the Green Building Marketplace. In addition, we were a team member in their introduction of a new residential ventilation fan. As part of their project, we identify messages and products that were needed within the "Green" building community and identifying the key targets for their roll out.

Energy Producing Home
Healthy Homes is working with Neumann Development, Inc on the Energy Producing Home (EP Home). The home will be the first of its kind as it is being designed to highlight the energy producing technologies that are readily available to become energy independent. It will be free from fossil fuels, provide the power for heating, cooling, electrical plug loads as well as the needs to commute with an electric car to the local hospital. All this while demonstrate its mainstream design and retaining it’s affordability.

General Capital Group Strategic Planning:

General Capital Group is a private real estate development company in Wisconsin. When it came time to create a Green corporate identity and actively develop a marketing plan that defined and highlighted General Capital’s Green credentials, they approached Healthy Homes for help. As part of this project, Healthy Homes has worked with General Capital to articulate the benefits of being Green and how the company defines and reflects these.

Central Park Apartments

Stone House Development approached Healthy Homes for help in having their Central Park Apartments, an affordable housing project, Green Built Home certified. Healthy Homes worked on the project from the ground up, from a pre-construction planning meeting to identifying cost-saving, resource-protective building strategies and supervising their implementation.

Home Addition for Chemical Sensitivity
Healthy Homes was hired by a family who struggled with migraine headaches when exposed to both formaldehyde and benzene. The goal of the building was to eliminate the movement of any volatile organic compounds into the living space. The family wanted to reduce the chance of headaches for the suffering family members and ultimately make the house as “healthy” as possible for their children. Healthy Homes coordinated all material choices within the home, supervised on-site construction and also coordinated all green practices to ensure the home would qualify for green built home certification.

Springs Window Fashions

Springs Window Fashions, a local designer/manufacturer of wood and cloth window treatments with a strong history of environmentalism, asked Healthy Homes to develop a strategic plan for positioning itself in the green market. Healthy Homes helped Springs identify the many green attributes of its products and company, as well as recommended green certifications that would further the company’s goal of being green. Using the data from market research, Healthy Homes created the content for a green marketing brochure for builders to squarely position Springs as a green leader in their industry.
